Due to an oversight on my part, I got Gold status through the Citi credit card, but on a newly minted HHonors account.

I have some existing nonrefundable reservations on my (non-Gold) account.

Is there a way to change the HHonors # on those reservations from that account to a different (Gold) one? Or should I combine accounts?

On the HHonors site, it says that combining accounts will bring my "points and activity" over, but does this include upcoming reservations?

In your experience, how long does this take? I have a reservation this weekend, and want to make sure I can get my Gold on-property benefits.
