How I wish I can do it. It is company-wide policy. It is not up to my boss.

This is why I am looking for any option if I can fly premium economy which the policy is silence. Well actually it has violate the policy to certain extend as it says lowest possible alternative, as for sure Y+ is not the cheapest option avail.
