My cousin just came back from ICN, and she said for the flight going from HKG, the cabin crew actually forgot to serve the main courses forthe last two rows of Business class and when they realised it, there were no choice of meals left! Lucikily she said she had already eaten. But still....!
It's happened to me before in business. The flight to HKG was smooth and courteous but the return was just awful. They also seemed like they weren't interested in selling duty free to my wife as well.
