I have not stayed at the Z Ocean. I have stayed at quite a few CP's in the U.S. my personal favorites are CP NYC Time Square, CP Downers Grove Glen Ellyn (chicago suburbs), and CP Houston near sugarland. CP Palo Alto is also good. all the other CPs are pretty undifferentiated.

My favorite Holiday Inn is Holiday Inn Universal Studios Hollywood (formerly the Beverly Garland hotel) - it's more like a boutique hotel, unlike any other HI's.
