I just wanted to share my experience. I have ton of cards open I don't really use, my credit lines are pretty high and figured I would apply for the plus card here and get turned down. I already have 3 chase cards (Priority Club, Sapphire, Marriott). I applied for Marriott and was approved about 40 days ago. I subsequently got my third open Citi card, the AAdvantage Mastercard and the Barclays World Mastercard (40K bonus with $1,000 spend). So I have 3 apps within the last 40 days or so. To my suprise, I was approved for a $2k credit line on the spot. That's extremely low compared to my average line, but under the circumstances to get an instant approval was nice.
