Either way using one coupon for two drinks is against the rules and the flight attendant should be reprimanded or even out of a job for sharing your personal info.
Did you know you could use ZabaSearch to find even a unlisted number and address? I would put in your letter how uncomfortable you are knowing a Flight Attendant shared your personal info. Also this guy could get your Rapid Rewards number to use your miles if he found out your address and has the last 4 digits of your RR#. I would get a new RR#.
