Kayak.com lists the lowest price (regardless of date) at around $790.

Would that be cheaper than the Allegiant Air or Iceland Air options mentioned above? Both would require an additional flight from CMH to the west coast. Though, it seems that a basic search on Kayak.com would be more expensive than a pieced-together option.
