I have a related, but slightly different question. I flew on MU earlier this year, PEK-HGH, connecting from two DL flights XXX-DTW-PEK. The MU segment was booked in MU's K class. Looking at this chart, http://www.delta.com/content/www/en_...a-eastern.html, I wasn't sure whether I'd get miles. Didn't. Hassled Delta twice, got the brush off twice. Fine, whatever. But looking at this post, it seems it may take strident complaints and a half dozen requests to get what is legitimately owed.

But, before I go pester Delta about this, I thought I'd ask if anyone has gotten credit (100% RDM, 50% MQM) for an MU K fare. Anyone? Should I fight it? It won't be the difference between FO and GM this year, GM's a lock, but it would be nice to get there sooner...
