Yesterday I bought an EK ticket to HKG that was 150 EUR more expensive than Lufthansa- given that EK has the free chauffeur drive it works out to be the same price- but the way that Lufthansa is treating customers really drives at least me to go somewhere else. Such a shame as they were really very good.
