Thank you all for the recommendations!

Is there a good place to buy reasonably-priced fabrics for CMT? Possibly Thai silk as well?

In line with this, how much fabric is needed for a shirt and a pair of trousers?

I'm still looking for recommendations for trousers! Those that don't look like tents.
