No insult intended but somethings not right here....every time I call they only ask my name and I tell them what properties and dates I'm looking at...each time.... in less than 1 minute I have an answer on if the upgrade is available and at what price.

If you're trying to get a promo rate at $199 with an upgrade that's selling for $699 it will never happen. However I'm saving $2100 next month at Grand Cayman for a $699 club room for the $399 regular room rate. ^^
