I have the Limbo versions of the IATA Cabin and Busines Trolley.
Yes, both Multi-Wheel and I love it!

During the first trip you have to get used to walk in the new style i.e. taking the trolley beside you instead of dragging it behind you. Great during exploring the airport or in the slow moving immigation queues. You can easily maneuver(side ways) in the narrow aisle of the aircraft.

Yes of course it's not ideal on cobble stones but that's not my daily turf. And you can always use the multi-wheel in the two-wheel dragging mode

So, real smooth and no noise. You'll be moving in stealth mode.
