Safeway?!?!
(Though they are owned by the same parent company as Von's I believe).
For a while I tried splitting my shopping between Walmart and Safeway. Dry goods (rice, beans, pop, paper products, soaps/detergents, etc.) at Walmart and everything fresh at Safeway, but after a few months, I decided it wasn't worth it. While the products were
marginally cheaper at Walmart, the two trips, the whole shopping experience at Walmart, etc. I just decided I will fork over the extra 15 cents for canned tuna at Safeway.
