Flew SFO-HKG and returned via PEK-SFO. Have gluten intolerant correctly selected in my profile. Got the special meal on the outbound but on the inbound the PEK-SFO crew had no indication I was supposed to get one.

This is the first time United missed my special meal since they changed the procedure to request one (just indicate it in your profile).

Didn't see a thread about United forgetting special meals, is this a common problem?
