I stayed 2 nights at their El Centro, CA location and I was impressed. Recently renovated so it didn't have that old motel feeling, good WiFi, walking distance from a few places. For like $50/night wasn't bad. Not a big fan of the lack of fridge, but again, for $50 wasn't bad. It was either that or $100 for the Quality Inn or the HI Express.

That said, it was a lot better than a Best Western I stayed at in Chula Vista, where the carpet looked worse than my apartment after an engine rebuild took place in the living room, there was no WiFi, I did not feel safe at all, and the staff was quite rude.
