I have a flight arriving at Narita at 1:35 p.m. and then a flight out of Haneda at 1:30 a.m. (so about a 12-hour layover). Given the length of the layover, it makes sense to head towards Haneda right away, find a place to store my luggage and then check out Tokyo for a few hours. Based on the airport website and map, it appears that there is a left luggage service on the land side at Haneda, plus lockers. Does this seem like a reasonable approach or am I missing something (e.g., lockers are never available, etc.)?
