Hilton Naples. First non-upgrade in last 5-6 attempts. Not their fault however. They offered to upgrade us to a suite, but we are traveling with pets. They only have one pet friendly suite and it was already taken.
The lady at the front desk on the phone was so nice and apologetic. Makes me look forward to the stay even more.
While they did not have the suites, the lady was still so nice and gave us an extra day of the buffet breakfast and our executive lounge access. Nice to see them so kind and apologizing for something that was completely out of their control. It was us that was traveling with our dogs, we dont expect a suite when that happens.
So far the service at this hotel has been exceptional.
