I'm bumping this thread rather than starting a new one. While 3K is a LCC I can't understand the logic of forcing passengers to visit a counter. Letting pax use their mobiles / home printers to get BP's would both save timw and effort for the customer, and money for the airline. But then again, the sole purpose for LCC's existens is to give passengers a hard time.

On an upcoming trip, transfering from KUL to SIN, I was forced to take a 4hr layover in KUL due to having to re-clear immigration to get my ancient paper BP. On the return however I'm wondering whether it's possible to get a BP for my evening flight from a manned counter dedicated for an earlier flight? The reason being that I want to explore the offerings of Changi Airport, for more than the <2 hours of the check-in deadline.
