With a business class ticket, you'll have lounge access so a longer connection can be pleasant, especially if you would worry otherwise. You can get a shower, eat and rink a bit, use the internet, watch TV, read newspapers, etc., all for free. You might also enjoy time for some duty free shopping. (Take a bottle or alcohol or wine into Romania with you? Good chocolate candy?)

I definitely agree with ZRH > MUC >FRA. CPH might be possible using SAS. There's no apparent reason not to use *A for this trip, but if so, pick AMS.
