We serve icecream in First on most flights and also on flights departing before 18.00 in CW.
When we were a full service airline we did serve icecream in the traveller cabins, but day has long past.
I remember that they used to come round with ice cream treats when the movie was being shown. That was after the economy meal that was starter, salad, main course, dessert, cheese, and chocolate!
