Hotel d'Angleterre in Geneva
-received an upgraded room category
-$100USD food & beverage credit which turned out to be 90CHF
-received a complimentary welcome drink; not sure if this was as a result of FHR or not, but considering the extreme prices at the bar, it was much appreciated
-no problem with free breakfast for one
-didn't use the late check-out, but it was offered
