This sector has been criticised in a thread early May (also by me) and I see from the latest reports it has no improvement particulary on the return 319 sector. Sounds almost like the same crew I had - npon caring - get the food out.(not that it was up to much) do a drink service then retire behind the curtain.....is this now a common 319 cabin crew service attitude from LGW whne the LGW staff on the 737's always were genrally quite pleasant.
It certainly does make one wonder if one was using LGW then for me the orange carrier would now be considered.

Awful. Very much the same as our experience. Our first LGW flight for years. The LGW lounge experience was awful and we gave up and left. The flight departure was changed - fair enough - and then further delayed but they loaded breakfasts for a flight leaving well into lunch time and so we were eating a pretty dry and horrid breakfast at nearly 2pm Dubrovnik time.
The CC even thought the landing briefing wasn't worth it and carried on a very loud and very private love-life conversation. They were laughing so much that you couldn't undersand the brieifing. No one could rest in C because you could hear all the very loud banter all the way down the cabin for a lot of the flight. With all due respect they behaved like children out for a jolly. It was real amateur time. We looked into the lounge on the return but it just wasn't worth it so simply waited by the gate with a bag of crisps.
There were several issues with this trip both lounge and both flights and I told BA and they were really generous with the Avios and we ended up happy bunnies but also a determination to think carefully about any further LGW trips. You can only make decisions on your own experience and instincts ...
