Call up Chase, explain that you need the card as soon as possible, and they'll overnight you a card. No need for a signature.

When I was approved for my CSP (on a Tuesday), I called up and explained that I needed the card because I was attending a dinner party on the weekend and would be "lucky" enough to be paying. They overnighted me the card via UPS.
