Now before I get shot down saying that its fraud etc let me explain.

1.You are already paying for the chauffeur drive as its included in the cost of your ticket.
2. EK pays the local chauffeur drive company on the basis of the number of cars booked by EK J /F pax at the particular destination
3.If you are eligible for 3 cars and then negotiate with the cab company for one car for longer distance(might have to sign for two cars) then

You save money as you don't have to pay the excess
The chauffeur drive company saves money as they are using one car instead of 2
EK saves money as they have to pay for only 2 cars instead of 3

And everyones a winner.
Okay I see where you are going with this and it makes sense.

Now try and tell a number cruncher in accountant's it makes sense. Believe I have tried to get far less far fetched expenses claims past them to no avail.
