Is the elimination of "soft landing" only for those giving that courtesy at least once in the past (as might be infered from the AA message) or for everybody? I made EXP based upon a UA 1k challenge, but only at mid-year, so I may make Platinum this year (only have 6 months to do it), but might miss Platinum by a few miles, too.
