How faulty is the one you have bought on eBay?

I notice that even for non-working phones they still have exclusions as to when they will pay out:

"Price offer exclusions for BOTH working and non-working phones
- Faulty screen (cracked, smashed or ‘bleeding’ LCD’s)
- Liquid corrosion (water damage)
- Smashed or damaged phones (broken into pieces, squashed, bent out of shape)"
