I doubt very much that you know what IDEAL is. First of all, it is not a company.
as to the different culture, i understand credit card with strip cloning is a much bigger problem in europe than in usa, which is why europe went to chip and pin. in usa, the thiefs hit the card companies not the card holders.
Isn't this just your opinion? Or do you have some facts to prove it?
