I agree with the OP. On March 18, I had the same situation. What made it worse was that there were at least 20 in line for flight change support at the desk (also A17). They basically threw their hands up and told us to go wait in line (which went to A7) downstairs. Unacceptable.
Wow, those twenty customers were worse off for having gone to the SC for help because when they were kicked out, they ended up in the big line behind all the kettles.
