It may be cheaper to go to Walmart and buy a stroller to use while you're there instead of renting one.

I often buy beach chairs and an umbrella, at a cost of about $35-$40 (at Costco) rather than renting on the beach for $30+ per day. I imagine it's the same for strollers.
