They said F would still stay open. When I checked in, the lady at the desk said they were going to stay open late for the 5 or so very delayed flights... then a man who was over behind the help desk said very loud and definitively that they were closing at 11. And they did.... The bartender almost ran me over on the stairs... Funny thing was I did not even have a cocktail, but I thought to myself, this is a good night to have Crown Room access...then they kicked me out.
The Crown Room used to be a tool used to promote customer loyalty. They would normally have stayed open under this condition. Tonight, they did not...
