On a different note, I completely disagree with you. I doubt that you wrap your clothes in sealable ziplock bags, and luggage these days is not designed to be waterproof. Can I get anything out of UA for it? Probably not. Do I care? Not really. Is it a lousy and improper move on UA's part? Absolutely.
