We had a nice stay here this past weekend. There was a bit of a housekeeping issue which we took a picture of and showed to the front desk clerk. She literally ran to the back to show Philippe - who immediately came out, was very apologetic and told us he would credit my account 5000 Gold Passport points. He gave me his business card, which I used from the airport to call him because I realized I had left a jacket in the closet. He FedExed it to me and it arrived today. And, I noticed that he had given me 7500 points. He is a delight (and very easy on the eyes) - a great ambassador for the hotel.
