Some good friends of mine arrived at Aman Venice yesterday. They said it is gorgeous and so far ( after one day) great service. However they said not fully functioning. No air conditioning so the hotel supplied a fan for their room.... I will let you know the rest of their feedback when they share it with me. No AC in Venice in June, I do feel very sorry for your friends and hopefully, Aman is not charging them full rate. I personally would change hotels to the Gritti or the Cipriani if I were in their position. I always hesitate to stay at a hotel open under a year because it often takes time to work out the kinks.
