I guess I'm the only one that's curious how a hotel ties what appears to be a somewhat generic and anonymous complaint to a specific person, at least a month and a half after the fact.

I've seen a few other establishments on TripAdvisor where management gives very pointed and personal responses to anyone that complains for any reason, and it almost feels like they're trying to prevent negative reviews by shaming anyone that does.
