Checked in as platinum. No upgrade as far as I know. No water in the room which is a big let down for me. For 20p a bottle why don't they do it. I can hear every word of a conversation in another room- I think it is the one above me- and I have the tv on.

We used to stay here a lot. Last time probably 12 years go and it is unchanged. Not sure that is a good thing.

Quite amusing avoid room 720, there is a noise like Ugg errrrrrrrrrrrrrt. I assumed the 1st time it was linked to my noisy neighbours and was ready to add it into my rooms I have been in while The neighbours bonked all night memoirs. But after about 50 in a hour I realised that even when I had a hooker in the next room (Sheraton Heathrow) it wasn't that often! It is the lift- I am next to an orgasmic lift.
