Called today, advised I enjoyed the benefits but felt it wasn't quite worth the $395 (mentioned the fact that the Explorer card now has no foreign transaction fees, and have had some less than stellar Club experiences). Was offered either a $150 statement credit or 15,000 miles. That was enough for me, took the miles and will pay the $395 to renew.
