She had to sit and watch her bag soak in the rain for almost an hour, crying about ruining her new MacBook Air computer. Captain kept telling us he was calling urgently for help, but could not get anyone to come.

I wonder if UA covered that?
Wow. That's just a terrible flying experience, regardless of fault. That girl had to be sick. I bet there were a lot of "I wish I had . . ." on that flight.
