Avoid
I visited in February and this is the only SPG property where I cut my reservation short. Rooms were long overdue for a makeover and the front desk staff appeared to have zero training. Management was competent and helped iron out some problems. With booming music this is not a property where one can relax. This is a property designed for families and you will not be able to sleep in. I am far from a fan of all inclusives and while alcohol was generous (this may be a result of having a dinner bracelet due to platinum status) but food quality was quite poor. Management indicated they are doing a slow transition to "SPG standards" so things may change.
