It's an awful lounge. Not even a lounge. Just a load of old sofas and chairs on one side of the upstairs part of Departures. Food is diabolical and no alcohol available. Even worse than the lounge in DMM & the old one in RUH.

CAI is a nightmare airport, in spite of the seemingly super-efficient Germanic appearance. Get there early and be prepared to bribe a porter to get your way through the security melee on entering the airport, and bear in mind that the guy doing the security scan will also demand a cut.
