When are you flying?. Vegas loads are usually quite high though. When I went in Feb it was a full flight (from LHR)

Upgrade chance will depend on the loads, but even if you don't get CW, Y+ would be a blessed relief with all those stag and hen dos that invariably crop up on those flights (which is why LHR is better for that route IMHO)
