All Cheltenham & Gloucester branches and all Lloyds TSB branches in Scotland, as well as a selection of Lloyds TSB branches in England and Wales, will transfer to TSB.

All remaining Lloyds TSB branches will be renamed to Lloyds Bank.

Existing cards will be unaffected for the time being although some will move to the new bank.
