Who to escalate a complaint to?
Hi everyone,
I lodged a complaint on the Hilton site back in April. I received a confirmation from a Guest Assistance Specialist on May 1st to say they were investigating. It relates to HH and how they have never resolved a points dispute for me.
Anyway, despite me prompting him 3 times since for a response I have heard nothing and I'm getting peeved that they would just ignore me. Even a "get lost" email from them would be good!
Does anyone know of a contact that I can escalate to? Seems like I'm being ignored. A Diamond HH, loyal to them since 2001!!
