You don't want status miles. You want upgrades.

And unless you plan on being a 1K on UA, don't think you will get many TPAC/TATL upgrades on UA.

And a W class (upgrade for UA) is north of $1,500.

If you want status miles, go to UA. You can have status miles galore. But you still won't get the upgrade. Enjoy E+.

And I second markandrew's point. eUps are a lot better this year. AC neutered the E35Ks.
