Any 757-200 flight number that begins with a "1" has a flat bed. These are sCO aircraft, and yes, they are deployed on SFO-EWR and LAX-EWR.
While the vast majority of EWR-SFO/LAX flights are not lie flat config, you will occasionalyl see the lie flat on this route -- more regularly on EWR-LAX but neither route is seeing lie flat on a regular daily basis.
