I was just in SIN a couple days ago. If u fly UA J or F, you'll have access to the SATS Lounge. If u have Star Gold u can also use the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge. But it's honestly not so good. If u have nothing, u can purchase access to the ambassador transit lounge, which is also quite nice.
