I don't know of any way to "reinstall" an OS on a tablet. since the one having trouble was new and exactly the same OS, manufacturer, etc as the ones with no trouble I'm just sooooo puzzled. (oh and frustrated - think I mentioned that before)

After switching to "static" it seems better, but still have the problem, just less often
