Well the big move happens first week in July. Will be living in serviced apartment through work for the first month, and after looking online are hoping to get a townhouse instead of an apartment, but will see what we can find.

I anticipate no credit rating may be an issue, but hopefully a letter from work and a couple months deposit upfront should suffice.
