Evaluate the posted ones one by one at:
under Avis, and also in the Promotions thread here:
My next rental is at Hertz because Avis cost $250 more for 10 days at YYC, and my last rental was with Hertz also because Avis cost $150 more 3 days at HSV, and my last rental actually with Avis was at Christmastime, and so I myself am not familiar with most of the latest Avis promos myself. (I'm familiar with the Club Carlson one because it's an longterm one, having started last year and continuing through all of this year.)

Besides, only you know which partner programs are of interest to you. (A great promotion for program Z won't help if you have no use for the miles/points in program Z.)

But do the math, and make sure that a promo makes sense in the first place. Just as an example, Southwest normal earning is 600 points which is $10 of WGA, and double that would be 1200 points which is $20 of WGA. It wouldn't be be worth it to use a rate that's $30 more just to get a promo that only pays off $20 worth!

(But I have no idea how much 8250 Club Carlson points are worth it to you. And btw, read in the above-mentioned Promotions thread about how people are finding that the 8250 total promo works but the 9000 total promo often doesn't work!)
