Ah, I didn't read it that carefully. Like I said, $500 isn't really a big deal anyway but if you don't plan to really use it, one small purchase is even better. I applied and will cancel before the annual fee is due next year. I just read that the fee for the additional user is waived too if you add them at the time of application. I didn't add my husband in but wish I had. The fee isn't waived if you add a user later

Oh well, I do all the spending anyway
