I stayed there last night. Booked KING PREMIUM, was upgraded to KING EXECUTIVE on 26th floor and given a bottle of red wine.
Great looking hotel, reminded me of Conrad Seoul inside, but outside this hotel is of course completely unique. Service was good, occasionally very good. Two persons walked me to my room and we did the check-in there! (This had the side effect that I didn't know where to swipe the key card to get the elevator working, though... Hint: It is the small glass area in the bottow of the button panel.) At least the senior staff had clearly been trained well. I had a glass of wine in the lobby bar, a more junior waitress poured my glass ever-so-carefully under the watchful eyes of her more senior colleague. Learning by doing! Most people spoke very good English, although I did have a misunderstanding or two (nothing major).
Large room with big bathroom and a walk-in closet. I had breakfast in the Executive Lounge on 29th floor, excellent views. The selection could have perhaps been a tad wider, I don't know how it was in the breakfast downstairs. On the other hand, the EL is not terribly large, so perhaps that's why the selection was somewhat limited. Excellent service.

Everything had been set for two persons.
Alas, I was alone.
